Sunset Bay Villa 119 offers first floor living throughout with easy access to the condo amenities. An open floor plan, including lots of windows boasting those beautiful bay views! Upon entering you will find two bedrooms- One is equipped with two twin bunks as well as a TV. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and also offers a spectacular waterfront view. There is a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hall, as well as a washer and dryer in the laundry room. As you make your way further into your beach retreat, you will find a large open kitchen featuring granite countertops,  stainless steel appliances and all the essential cookware to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The owners master en suite is situated so as to fully encompass those beautiful bay views, while also offering a luxury bathroom with a tiled shower and jacuzzi tub. Enjoy an evening beverage of choice while sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets, or a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The balcony is accessible from both the owners suite and the open living area.  Enjoy the convenience of restaurants , shops, the movie theater and much more with the downtown location of the Sunset Bay Villa condos.

A cozy living area with a flat-screen, but in all honesty - it's hard for anything to contend with the view of the marina. Stately appointed, top of the line furnishings throughout the villa. A master bedroom suite with jetted tub, for relaxing after an exhausting day at the beach. Or use the beautiful tiled shower for a quick rinse to knock the salt off. Put on your robe and slip out the private exit to the waterfront deck to catch the sun as it sinks below the horizon. There are two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds. A full bath in the hallway, washer and dryer, and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table for enjoying meals together. The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy time together in the shared spaces. Plenty of books and DVDs to keep you occupied on rainy days, or enjoy the pool or crabbing on the dock on the sunny ones. There are so many fine features to this lovely architectural master piece - from the unobstructed panoramic views of Oyster Bay, to the open split-level floor plan and large kitchen (with 2 refrigerators) - everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation awaits you here. 

On the lower level you'll find a large room with twin beds, a sitting area with table, a TV and a sliding door that leads out to a deck with water views. The main level features an open eat-in kitchen and living room, as well as an open deck and wonderful screened porch. These outdoor areas are perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or a cool drink after a long day at the beach. Wildlife abounds - watch the birds and eagles fly in, and maybe you'll be lucky enough to spot a pod of dolphins! The upstairs is comprised of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
