Formerly known as "The Fig Tree", Coral Cove has just undergone a complete renovation and has a true "WOW!" factor. On the main living level you'll find a bright, open living room with huge sliding doors that offer a view of Little Oyster Bay, an open dining area, the chef's quality kitchen with all new appliances, the master bedroom suite with bathroom, and the back door leading to the oversized screened porch. Enjoy coffee or cold drink after a day at the beach while you sit on the screened porch and look out over the canal. Bring your kayak or canoe and launch right from the backyard -- there's a floating dock and upgraded kitchen! Want to try your hand at crabbing? You can do that here as well! The lower (ground) level of the home features an outdoor covered parking area, an outside shower, and an indoor sitting area complete with a mini-fridge. Bright and cheery nautical decor will help to put you on "island time". Featuring two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are on the upper level. The master features a full bed with flat screen television, full bath, and balcony with sliding door and comfortable outdoor furnishings. An additional bedroom featuring a full size bed and double bunk, and a full bath is located in the hallway upstairs as well. On the ground floor you'll find a spacious living area with large flat screen tv, plush seating, and plenty of reading material.
